These services are normally closely related to the basic responsibilities of the agency originating the requirement for the acquisition of services by contract. Included are efforts that support or contribute to improved organization of program management, logistics management, project monitoring and reporting, data collection, budgeting, accounting, performance auditing, and administrative technical support for conferences and training programs.

Cubic Applications, Inc. (CAI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cubic Corporation and operating as the lead business entity of Cubic's Mission Support Services (MSS), the services segment of Cubic Corporation, has assembled the Cubic Services Team (CST) under the Operations Support Division and made up of large and small business partners to provide extensive capabilities both CONUS and OCONUS as defined by the CAAS IV solicitation. CAI, as well as our large and small business partners has formed a competitive team capable of meeting virtually all CAAS IV requirements.
The CST, in response to task orders issued under this contract, provides services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas supported by the activities and technical capabilities that comprise the various ordering offices. Additionally, activities may provide limited support under this contract to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or Joint agencies for work that is integrally related to product areas and mission. Services provided under this contract may include new product areas, programs, or missions assigned to these activities during the life of the contract.
CAI's management structure and comprehensive task order process provide the experienced management and technical personnel together with proven best practices needed for success. Our process is responsive, scalable, and suitable for integrating, processing and executing numerous simultaneous task orders in concert with multiple subcontractors. All members of Cubic's CST have extensive experience managing Air Force and DoD contracts, and have developed effective working relationships with Government Program Managers and Contracting Officers. As a result of these proven relationships, we have developed a mutual respect which in-turn improves the shared working environment between Government and contractor personnel.
